How does delivery work?
Designers and boutiques fulfil and dispatch orders via their own couriers, delivered across India. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after the designer confirms your order. Delivery is free — it's built into item pricing.
Which areas do you deliver to?
All 14 districts of Kerala — from Thiruvananthapuram to Kasaragod — plus delivery across India. International shipping isn't available yet.
Is my payment secure?
Yes — payments are processed via Razorpay and held until your order is delivered, then released to the designer.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
Items can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (per designer policy) if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Refunds process within 5–10 business days.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
Contact us with your order code and photos, and we'll coordinate with the designer on a replacement or refund.

How do I become a seller?
Fill out the Become a Seller application. Our curation team reviews every application — approval and Seller Dashboard setup typically happen within days.
What does it cost to sell?
No setup, listing, or monthly fees. Founding designers pay 5% commission until ₹50,000 in sales or 30 days, then 10% ongoing. Standard sellers pay 15%.
How and when do I get paid?
Earnings are released after order completion, with payouts typically processed within 14 days. Full payout records are available in your Seller Dashboard.
Can I use AI to write my product listings?
Yes — Product Studio in your Seller Dashboard can generate SEO-friendly titles, descriptions and hashtags, optionally using your own Gemini or OpenAI API key for smarter, on-brand results.

Do I need an account to shop?
You can check out as a guest, but creating a free account lets you track orders, save addresses, and build a wishlist.
How do I reset my password?
Go to your Profile page while logged in to set a new password. If you're locked out, contact us for help.
