Estimated delivery within India is 6 August – 12 August (5–10 business days for international destinations). If something isn't right, request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery from your account. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags. Made-to-order and customised pieces are final sale. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Follow the care label on the garment first. As a general guide for handcrafted and ethnic wear: dry clean or gentle hand wash in cold water, keep delicate embroidery and embellishment turned inside out, and avoid soaking, wringing or direct bleach.
Dry in shade to protect colours, iron on low to medium heat (a pressing cloth over embellished areas), and store folded in a breathable cotton bag away from damp and direct sunlight.
