Every order is prepaid and dispatched with tracked express couriers (DHL, Aramex, Shiprocket). Once your item ships you'll receive a live tracking link by email and SMS. Estimated delivery within India is 24 September – 30 September (5–10 business days for international destinations). Delivery charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on destination country and parcel weight.
If something isn't right, request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery from your account. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags. Made-to-order and customised pieces are final sale. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Follow the care label on the garment first. As a general guide for handcrafted and ethnic wear: dry clean or gentle hand wash in cold water, keep delicate embroidery and embellishment turned inside out, and avoid soaking, wringing or direct bleach.
Dry in shade to protect colours, iron on low to medium heat (a pressing cloth over embellished areas), and store folded in a breathable cotton bag away from damp and direct sunlight.
